The Property
The tiny house, which is responsible for the development of the tiny house, was constructed by the tiny house. After spending more than a quarter of a century pursuing a career in high-end corporate design, the designer and proprietor of the company, Vina Lustado, took the choice to concentrate her work on projects of a more modest nature.
She completed the design and building of her off-grid cabin while steadfastly adhering to her fundamental values and convictions throughout the process.

After she was completed working on her quaint new design, the interior designer assisted a number of her clients in simplifying their lives by reducing the size of the living spaces they occupied. The designer has not only settled on making this location her permanent abode, but she also operates her design studio out of her home and considers this to be her primary place of business.

This small house is a symbol of the designer’s guiding ideals, which include simplicity, sustainability, and living within one’s financial means. The designer’s guiding concepts may be seen in this home.
The architect chose to develop this home as a physical manifestation of these concepts after deciding to do so. Another example of these ideals is the decision made by the designer to create this particular house.
According to the concept, the living space must take the shape of a trailer with dimensions of 8 meters by 20 meters, and it must be completely self-sufficient and not depend on any aid from any external source.
