The Exterior
After dark, one of our favorite things to do is gaze at brilliantly lit mansions, and the entrance to this particular log cabin is quite breathtaking.
A simple stone walk that goes right up to the front door is lighted by lights set around its sides and compliments the foliage that is located in the surrounding area.
Although there isn’t a very big front porch, there is a nice balcony on the second floor that views out over this area and can be accessed from the master bedroom.

If you are looking for a space that is ideal for outdoor get-togethers and activities, you should go to the back of the log cabin. There you will find it.
As a result of the doors that lead to the backyard being situated on both the main level and the second level of the log cabin, you have the option to either spend a nice evening on the balcony or have dinner over the campfire in the rear of the property.

Just take a look at how much space there is on this deck! In the dead of winter, you may curl up here with a cup of hot chocolate to keep warm, and in the sweltering heat of summer, you can have a glass of sweet tea to cool down.
Returning to the main floor, the entry to this property is roomy and conventional. It has the time-honored style of half-log walls on either side, which is a hallmark of its popularity. In addition, the entryway made of stone is quite stunning and seems to be rather ancient.

The Interior
The great room can be found just inside the front entry, and it is situated near a family dining area, space in the walk-out basement, and a lot of other amenities.

The minute a dining table is positioned right beneath the skylight, the room is instantly transformed into the most elegant and classy eating environment that can be imagined.
This transformation takes place almost instantaneously. However, it is also a perfect setting for a more casual evening activity, such as playing cards with the children. This is just one of the many uses for this lovely area.

The Loft
The view from the loft, which can be accessed by ascending many flights of steps, is especially breathtaking.
This one requires just a few steps to descend into the main chamber, and it then opens out onto the balcony. Because of the cathedral ceilings, this area gives the impression of being much more open and wide than it is.

There is an extra open area in a corner of the loft that has a daybed that is ideal for resting, that can be utilized as additional sleeping space for guests, or that is ideal for having a nap in the afternoon while taking in the view of the back of the property.
