In this episode, we’re going to show you a Minimalist 280sqft Treetop Villa with Dip Pool.


This minimalist treetop villa is located in Marble Falls, Texas, United States with the weather’s beautiful it’s hot the scenery, and this tiny treetop villa is a 280 square foot it’s perched up on a ridge that overlooks their 100-acre property it is a modern minimalist Mexican casita that has a Santorini-inspired archway inside and french doors and there are floor-to-ceiling windows throughout and this is a beautiful tiny house.
Inside the villa
You walk down into the tiny villa it is white it stands out in the privacy fence continues around to the side as well and you can walk down the stone path there’s stone everywhere which is gorgeous.

The Living space
This tiny villa is 280 square feet of living space it’s very tiny and very pretty interesting to see how they designed and used the space first off on the right side in the entire open area with the bed and kind of a couple of chairs up against these windows and it is bright and beautiful and there are the floor-to-ceiling windows on all the walls look incredible you got the french door that leads out into the patio space.


The bed is in the middle with a couple of nice stands on each side there’s even a hanger up and the corner is for the clothes and the ac unit is right above the bed from the right side windows you have a good view of the patio space down below with the plunge pool down there and it just looks like a tropical getaway.

The Kitchenette
The kitchenette is on the right side and there is a countertop like the floors it looks very cool you got the sink over this countertop on the right side and a mini fridge and a couple of cabinets underneath all of this and then above just a couple of floating shelves with the necessities a couple of cups bowls plates and utensils, on the other side is the bar seating area the wood slap for the countertop there is a microwave and a couple of snacks to enjoy in a guest book, and these two windows in front of this bar area can open up if you want to let a nice breeze in of just to get some fresh air.



The Bathroom
The bathroom is the same with the concrete floors and the wall this first section is the composting toilet and the sink on the right the huge mirror and then through this walkway is the huge shower with the waterfall shower head on the left side concrete throughout a shelf on the right side and then on the back is a door which you can walk out of into your deck space and it just lets in some good natural lighting.



The Outdoor deck
The outdoor deck is very comfortable with beautiful scenery and you can sit on a couple of chairs and enjoy the trees all the way around, and the bird and you can walk through the rope bridge to the other deck space, there is a beautiful plunge pool that you can relax and soak off with a viewpoint between these trees it’s a very cool spot.
