This house is 1600 square feet home it was quite large for my purposes we weren’t really using all of the space and everywhere I’ve been I feel like I’ve kind of always had a little bit of extra space that we didn’t always need so tiny living has kind of always been a dream of mine and kind of living has kind of always been a dream and this house is 260 square feet give a little bit and the trailer is feet long and it’s eight and a half feet wide and you’ll see that the eaves kind of go out and they go about feet on either side to support the loft size.
This is your kitchen so you have a fridge and a stovetop for all of your utensils if you need cooking and having dinner.
That’s just enough for me to fit two beds and have plenty of space to entertain. The trailer is 20 feet long and it’s eight and a half feet wide. And you’ll see that the eaves go out and go about three feet on either side to support the loft size. Buying a used tiny home is quite a bit less expensive than buying something that’s premade or prefab. When you’re purchasing a tiny home that someone else has built. If they don’t get it certified or don’t get qualifications done on it, it can be really difficult to get a loan for a tiny home.
The living space way you structure your loan can really matter I ran into quite a few this was the home that we want and luckily we worked with some great people who were willing to kind of some crazy things to allow me to be able to live in a place like this and very grateful for their help.
When you live in a small space, you really don’t need a whole lot. And it kind of brings that to your awareness that, okay, if I really want this, I need to figure out a place to put it. So do I really need it? And for me, unless it’s something that’s going to get me outside or get me doing something that I really love, it’s usually not worth it for me and you also have a comfortable toilet in here.
