Welcome to the Red Boiling Springs log cabin is an appealing residential building that has room for a family and comes equipped on the property with a garage that is adjacent to the home as well as a separate building that can be used as a workshop.
You will be greeted by the excellent Honest Abe Log Homes in the home of your dreams, which they have designed with the traditional layout of a log cabin and which has a massive covered porch that is both quaint and roomy. This porch is located at the front of the home.
Despite the fact that it is a smaller home than some of the others that we have highlighted, this log cabin has the typical style with D-link corners and a fantastic rich and dark stain on the logs.
In addition, the logs have been stained in a dark color. We really appreciate the dormer windows as they allow for an enhanced quantity of natural light to reach the rooms as well as an extra piece of space on the upper level.
The Front Porch
Porches on all four sides of a log cabin are a desired feature, and this particular log cabin has porches not only on the front of the house but also on the other two sides of the structure.
In addition, the front porch of this log cabin is rather big. The front of the home has an appealing staircase that ascends to the door, and the stain on the logs and the porch are well matched to one another.
On the other side of the house, there is an outside wall that has a stone chimney that protrudes over the top of the roof. This chimney is a component of the outside wall.
On the weekends, this is an excellent location for setting out a small table and chairs or a bistro set so that you can sit back, relax, and enjoy yourself.
The Living Area
The layout of the house’s floors is considerably more constrained than that of the majority of other homes, but despite this, it is still friendly and welcoming, which is exactly what you want.
The handmade stone fireplace is one of our favorite elements in any property, and as soon as you go through the front door, you are met with a comfortable and warm environment owing to the fact that it is one of the first things that you notice.
It seems that they have converted the wall at the back of the room into a home office in addition to the living nook that can be located behind it. The dining area can be found beyond the living nook.
Doors that go off of both sides of the porch space provide access to the area from both the front and the back of the log cabin. Porches may also be accessible from either side of the house.
The door that leads into the chamber on the other side of the room is where you will find the staircase that will take you up to the lofted level.
The log cabin does have a second storey, but it is not a whole second floor; rather, it has a loft that is situated on just one end of the house. The loft is accessible only from that end of the log cabin.
They also feature a beautiful landing, which gives you with a slightly wider step and an easier slope up to the loft. This makes accessing the loft much simpler.
The main floor has a bedroom as well as a bathroom just beyond the dining area that is positioned just behind the dining area that has a corner kitchen.
The floor layout of this house is simple and warm, making it a good option for a family with a smaller number of children, for use as a dwelling after retirement, or for use as a vacation home.
The Kitchen of the Log Cabin
We are grateful that they have also installed a little table in the kitchen with a raised sitting space to serve as a breakfast nook, and we appreciate them for this thoughtful addition.
Having said that, the adaptability that comes with a custom construction is exactly why we believe that this would be more successfully used as a moveable island in a different layout. You have the capability of entirely customizing it to suit your needs.
The Dining Table
This image presents yet another viewpoint on the dining room, this time in more detail. You can easily create room for a bigger number of guests by extending the length of the table, and if you need more space, you can move the desk to a new spot.
The Bedroom of the Log Cabin
The open space that is located in the loft of this log cabin is really one-of-a-kind. The bedroom is open, with just three walls, and although it is normal that it would seem to be a touch exposed, it is a good alternative for this property because of its size and layout since it is an open space.
The area is spacious and open, and more light is brought in via a lovely dormer window that is built into the ceiling.
In addition, the loft has its very own private closet space and bathroom. In spite of the fact that it does not have the traditional look of a bedroom with four walls, it is without a doubt the most wonderful bedroom!
The Bathroom of the Log Cabin
The bathroom located on the second level is not particularly large, but it does include all of the essentials, including a vanity, a toilet, and a corner shower of a respectable size.
It is conveniently placed in the loft right next to the bedroom and offers everything you could possibly want within easy reach.
The Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is situated downstairs, and it provides plenty space for a king-sized bed, a few chests of drawers, and of course, the extra-large closets that you have been craving. All of these items may easily fit in the room.
