The grout in the bathtubs should be cleaned better or more frequently, the bathroom sink on the first floor was leaking to the point that a towel had to be placed under the faucet for the duration of our trip,
A smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling in a bedroom, one shower head plate cover was loose and falling off the wall, and several insects were found inside the home. All of these issues need to be addressed.
